On August 22nd, the charming Hofgarten and Restaurant alto will transform into a paradise for grill fans and food lovers. From 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., enjoy a summer culinary highlight like no other – our Grand Barbecue!
Look forward to specialties like sous-vide grilled short ribs, homemade brisket with our signature alto rub, and BBQ cod in banana leaf. The buffet offers even more: fresh salads, seasonal vegetables, and creative side dishes that perfectly complement the grilled delights.
