Starter:
Small pumpkin soup with seeds
Main Course:
Corn-fed chicken breast with purple curry jus,
wild broccoli and mashed potatoes
Or:
Haddock fillet with spinach, boiled potatoes and mustard sauce
Or:
Penne in truffle cream, spinach, cherry tomatoes and Grana Padano Cheese
Dessert:
Crème Brûlée of the day with sorbet
2-Course Menu: € 35 per person
3-Course Menu: € 40 per person
